I like that there is no chemicals used so the carpets dry faster. I like the water that I can use for all my household cleaning.

The services were superior. However, I was NOT notified of the time when they would arrive. As a result I was up at 5 am and vacuuming by 6 am. I called at 7 am and you said they would come between 4 and 6 pm. I am 89 and VWEY frustrated and upset by this snafu. Should I have you again or Stanley Steemer?

most of all i appreciate the customer service. the technicians are very accommodating and there is always a great deal with the price. my floors are more clean after a Zerorez cleaning than after more expensive competitors in the past.
There is a spot in my bedroom where the technician missed a swath :( Although was not really visible until the carpet dried.

I had bad pet odor in a room of three that i requested cleaned. Zerorez did a great job of getting most of it out in that room. I called them and asked them to redo that room and they came back out, promptly, and did a great job. Thank you!
Carpet is cleaner than in years. Even some dog spots I didn't expect to be gone are also the man doing the work was friendly and helpful. I would use service again and would ask for the same man again.
The first guy that came to our house wasn't very thorough and our carpet still looked dirty. But we called you and you came back to our house and the second guy did a great job. Because you guaranteed your work, we will refer you to our friends.
I had to pay full price for the service to get out pet stains and they never came out at all and the rest of the hallway carpet doesn't look any cleaner than before Zerorez came out :(
Not happy with first cleaning. But after our callback the issue was taken care of the carpet was cleaned to what we had expected the first place.

Def not what the service is said to be. The second time that I've used you guys and once again I was disappointed you guys advertise as if this was the next great thing and I can get the same business and same service out of a mom-and-pop carpet cleaning service.
