I was so satisfied with my carpet cleaning the first time I used your company. However, this second time the carpet seems okay but I opted to do tile grout cleaning too and it looks no different. Highly disappointed.

The service tech was punctual and explained the process. He was very curtious and took care to protect areas of the house that could be damaged during the cleaning. I was amazed at the before and after of the cleaning. THANK YOU.

The technician (Brandon) was courteous and knowledgeable. He suggested that we do a test area (my service was for tile/grout cleaning and I wasn't certain how well it would work)to be certain I would be pleased with the results prior to doing the entire area.
Not only do we like the carpert cleaned with the impowered water, we also bought the water for our daily cleaning. The day after we got it, we had company and a red drink was spilt on the carpet. We sprayed the water on it and you could actually see it removing the stain. First name removed
