Great service
The technician was very knowledgeable and courteous. I was impressed with how quickly the carpeting dried (cleaning completed approx. 10:00 am, and 90% dried by 5:00 pm) Also, very impressed with the beautiful, clean, fluffy appearance of my 19 year old carpeting after the cleaning!
Everything! Punctual, cordial, great job, decent price... no complaints... except I wish I could afford to get them done more often! I hate cleaning this floor.... Troy was great....

The price is definitely right, but the process felt a little rushed. There were still spots that could have used a little more work to remove extra dirt in the grout. We would have paid more to get the work done, but it didn't seem like an option. There were also a few spots where the grout completely came up. While that could have simply been the age of the grout, we did have to go out and spend more money on the repair. Overall, we were very happy with your work. These are just two areas we saw could use some addressing. Thanks for your service.

The carpet was not cleaned and my apartment complex charged me 159 dollars to clean again
I was very disappointed to hear that there was an extra charge for any special stains. That information had not been given to me over the phone. Had I agreed to the extra charge of $25 per stain that some were only the size of the bottom of a coffee cup, it would have made the cost triple.
The product was much wetter than it had been when I used the company some three years ago. It was more than 24 hours before it was dry enough to walk comfortable on the carpet. Several of the stains already show again. Wasted money as far as I am concerned. Would only recommend to a friend if they absolutely could not find another cleaner!
Carpets are clean and dry quickly. It is comforting to know that there's not a bunch of chemicals or residue left in there to attract more dirt. Technician, Kevin R. was very professional and a delight to work with.
I like that you delivered exactly what was promised, you did it in a timely manner and the customer service was great! My carpet is spotless and I can't wait to use you again.

Technician was great but I don't feel like your method of cleaning was as good as competitors in regards to pet cleanup. You charge a significant amount for deep spot cleanup.

I like the fact that there is no residue left behind & my carpet is consistently clean all over. Very pleased ! Note: This is a redo.....the first time was not done right but the second one by Sean Hankins was what I expected. Very happy with the results.

The service, starting from booking my apointment to the serviceman who cleaned the carpets was excellent. When cleaning the carpets, I felt he was very through and understood our needs in certain areas. Thank you, we will be using Zerorez again.
The best thing about my experience with Zero Res are Its employees. The woman who answered the phone when I called was friendly and knowledgable. My two technicians were awesome - friendly, funny, helpful, competent, and carpet cleaning pros. I asked about the owners of AZ Zero Res and they gave them a glowing review and explained how they assist their employees both career wise and at a personal level if needed. I love hearing this about small businesses. Oh ya, my carpet looks good too. Thanks for a great experience!
