I found the price to be acceptable. The young man who cleaned my carpet didn't push add-ons or pressure me into additional services. He was friendly, courteous, and he pet my leather hippo.
I was very happy with the technicians ability to discuss options and provide information on the processes available. He was very professional and efficient.
The employee that came to my home arrived on time and the rugs were not damped so it didn't take too long to dry up.

Our technician, Scott, was exceptionally professional, thorough, and friendly. He cleaned our carpets, conditioned our large leather sectional, and sold us our annual supply of Zerorez water.
The first time I used your service I was impressed. This time, not so much. The carpet doesn't look or feel clean. I'd have you come back and re-do them, but my tile floors were such a mess after this cleaning I just don't want to move the furniture again, or have to clean the tile extensively again. I'll use another company next time.

First of all, Anthony was very professional, did a great job, we purchased the 2 1/2 gal. of
empowered cleaning fluid and just like he said, we did our tile, appliances, and mirrors, and
our granite and it looks great, the best ever. We will now use Zerorez from now on & request

I called to reschedule my appointment and was told it was all set, but I didn't get a call on the day I was supposed to for the time window. I called and they said it was never changed to the rescheduled day so I had to find another day that would work with my schedule. Then on the day they were scheduled to come between 10 and 12, he didn't show up til almost 1230. Overall, the tech was professional and friendly but all of these issues made for a very frustrating experience. I feel like the people on the phones should be just as professional as the people that come to my house- and should follow through when a customer calls.
Also, while I feel that the carpets are mostly clean, there is a line where the carpet is darker in the master bedroom. I know there are areas of wear and traffic, but I wasn't expecting to have dirt/dark lines remaining especially since my carpet wasn't drastically dirty to begin with.
Lack of chemicals
Carpet is really deep cleaned. Really takes 48 hours plus to dry though. Staff is outstanding.
The appointment was easy to schedule using the online feature, and our technician arrived on time with the time we requested. The technician was extremely helpful and knowledgable. He was able to answer all questions and provided excellent customer service. He was able to remove all spots, and our four-year old carpet looks like new! Thank you Zerorez!
