The carpets actually get clean!
The technician spent half his time smoking outside of his truck and texting and rushed vacuum like cleaning the carpet the entire cleaning took less than 90 minutes, interview, pretreatment and cleaning! Very discouraged with the tech
I feel the cleaning job was poor. I have my carpets cleaned regularly by a company near my home but wanted to try Zerorez after all the advertising and a few of my neighbors used them. The technician was pleasant and on time. He was respectful of our home. The carpets were not clean. There were many stains that I had to go back and clean with hot water and vinegar and a rag to get out. I feel like it only really cleaned the top of the carpet and did not get deep into my thick shag. The technician was quite the salesman! He was very pushy wanting to clean my tile and also sell me the cleaning solution for further use. I also don't like the phone quote process. I explained the size of my rooms (which are abnormally large) and was quoted for 7 areas. When the technician came he then said it was 9 areas. I agreed and he began work. He then tried to charge me for 11 areas and the master closet. I was very upset and reminded him he had said it was 9. He then removed the 3 areas for 129 deal and instead charged me for 9 areas at $43 a piece and the master closet at $34. I feel the pricing was done very unfairly and prefer the pricing by the square foot. My master bedroom carpet area (subtracting the bed since it was not moved but cleaned around) totaled 267 square feet and the closet is 36 square feet. So I was charged for 2 areas and a closet which seems ridiculous to me. Shady business practice. At a total of 510 it was the most expensive job I have every had and by far the worst. The grooves in the carpet from where my furniture sit did not even lift out, which they are always gone when my other company comes. And yes...I know there is a guarantee but what good would having you come back out be? The hassle of keeping all my furniture moved is worse. I will just return to my previous company in the future.
Carpet was still dirty in the heavy traffic areas after the cleaning. My husband was told it was just too stained. I used a stain remover with hot water and my shampooer and the stains came up. I basically threw away $143!
Superior company committed to customer service.
The tech that arrived attempted to "Upsell" me within the first 30 seconds of looking at the carpet. He said that the carpet would not be cleaned unless I paid more per room for some pre-stain treatment. I told him that money was an issue and I was not interested in paying more. He was very very persistent about the pre-spray even after telling him I was not interested. After about 10 more minutes of high pressure sales, I agreed to pay an additional $30 for the pre-spray.
Please know that my carpets are in good to excellent condition with only 3 spots within 500 square feet. After falling for your company's high pressure sales pitch and paying more, the carpet looks the same as it did and the 3 spots were not removed.
Your question above asks how you can make things right. You can make things right by sending out a carpet cleaning tech, not a salesman to re-clean the entire 3 rooms.

I had heard about Zerorez from 94.5 Kool FM and thought I would give you a try. My mother has a very small mobile home in a retirement community in Mesa. My sister and I had carpet from a spec home installed and wanted to freshen up the look and clean a traffic area. We were given a quote for three rooms for $129.00 ($143.00 all said and done). Since the gentleman was late they took $40 off the price which was very nice of them to do. Upon arrival we were told that if we wanted to pre-treat it would make all the difference in the cleaning.(I thought that is what we paid for.) We were reluctant but said if It would remove the slightly darker traffic spot we would agree to pay the extra $40. He assured us that it would be gone. after the cleaning we were told it's a worn spot and that he can't do anything about it. We were hit with what later we discovered was the oldest trick in the carpet book. He did a good job cleaning the carpet, with the exception of the spot! Both my sister and I were hoping to do our homes. She is Scottsdale and I Mesa. I like the idea of no residue but not "the only way to get it clean is to pre-treat" method.
My carpets and kitchen floor look great. Hayden Hurst worked hard to clean the grout on the kitchen floor and it looks unbelievably better. He spotted and cleaned my carpets and wool rugs also. My rugs look clean and my house smells fresh and clean. Hayden explained what he was going to do. He was very helpful and kind when I asked him questions. He was awesome and a hard worker. This is the second time I have used Zerorez. The first time I used them I was impressed with how clean they were and how long my rugs stayed clean. I will use Zerorez forever.

The rugs come out great and always great service men. The one thing I did not like was the price for a 5 by 7 area rug $52 was very high our man gave us a 10 percent discount that off set it as I asked since we had 7 rooms done but I think a small throw rug like that should be about $10 the price was over the top. If a room is $43 ( do not have bill in front of me) how can you charge that for a small area rug does not make sense . Your tech. Made it right by giving us the good dust discount he did an amazing job of pleasing the customer
I didn't like the smell but it looks fabulous, after drying it smells great.

The technician was very great! BUT I do not like the fact that everything is an up sale. I signed up for $129.00 special and it ended up costing me $232.00.

After my carpet dried, there werea few spots that were still not clean. My wife litterally cried.
When you cleaned my expensive area rugs at home - the colors ran and since i did not see this for number of weeks after service due to not using living room - time had passed and to late to call to complain. Will use you when i am in a pinch for time and can't wait for carpets to dry out by using other services. Never again will you touch one of my area rugs.
