Kind enough to fit me in earlier when there was a cancellation so I could get on with my Veterans Day plans with my son. He loves celebrating the day with me because he is proud of my serving our country. Very efficient, used corner protectors for my walls and even left slippers for me!

Tile and grout do not look a whole lot better than before cleaning. We have cleaned the grout lines before by hand with a brush and gotten far better results. While that method takes a good deal of time, it was far more reasonable price wise and with much better results
I love how there's no residue left in our carpet after a cleaning. I also love how kind and professional the techs are.

The representative was very helpful and honest about cleaning the problems with our carpet. He was willing to cancel the order since my carpet had some spots that couldn't be removed. I went ahead and had my carpet cleaned anyway and it came out better than expected.

Great customer service, my carpets look amazing every time they are cleaned by Zerorez.
Carpet was clean and not too wet or feeling sticky or crisp.
The work was great. It was just a little expense because I had so little that needed to be done they had to charge me extra just for coming out. Two rooms cost me almost $150. The work was great though.
This our third time using Zerorez and have yet to be disappointed with their fast friendly services
