Your on time, do great work and I don't feel I'm being ripped out
The person who cleaned my carpets was polite, efficient and on time. He adequately explained what may have caused a stain that remained in the carpet. His work was clean and he put up guards to protect the corners from getting scraped.
Service was great as the tech made sure my floors and grout were really clean.

I wanted the bathroom in the master bedroom tile floor cleaned. He started it and then stopped, and said he was finished. He then said he wasn't charging me for it because he didn't get it entirely clean. I appreciate him being honest about it, but I WANTED THE FLOOR CLEAN. He did continue with the kitchen tile floor and then the carpeting. The last time I had your company in you did a fantastic job, this time not so good. Will I have your company in again, I don't know!!

I feel carpet cleaning a good value but add-ons get quite costly. My bill went from my original quote of approx $575 to over $1000. That is a lot of money for carpet and furniture cleaning. However, was willing to pay that amount as long as my items and carpets stay clean for a reasonable amount of time. My daughter's carpet didn't come quite as clean as I thought it should
