The carpet looks wonderful and it isn't stiff like it normally is when I have it cleaned by other companies.

when making the appointment on the phone, I was told the $25 deep sub-floor pet treatment would REMOVE the urine, not the smell.my cats can still smell it if its there and we can still see the stain with a black light. I feel like we spent the money for nothing. :(

The tile cleaning was poor. I had to scrub the tile after your cleaning to remove the residue. I am guessing the technician underestimated the required time and was unable to complete the job.
The carpet cleaning was very good. Next time, I will only have the carpets cleaned.
Maybe you can offer me a discount for my next carpet cleaning to offset the ineffective tile cleaning.

I like the fact that you are not putting chemicals or soap into the carpet. My technician was friendly, courteous, and quick. The carpets look great!

The carpet came really clean and it wasn't "crunchy" afterward. Many stains that I thought would never come out are gone! Your technician was also very friendly and worked efficiently.

Cleans thoroughly, dries quickly. Most important dries as clean as it looks when the technicial is finished. Rick did a wonderful job, will request him again!

I didn't appreciate the "upsale" on all of the areas that had spots- due to animals. I am paying you to clean my carpets for an advertised price and by the time you leave in order to do it correctly it costs me almost twice the amount thought it was going to cost. In the future try and follow the "under promise, over deliver" mantra.
And, they don't look "cleaner", and they don't smell amazing.

Our floors didn't seem any cleaner after I paid you guys $150+. I understand the grout can get stained but it doesn't even look like you guys did anything. Very disappointing overall. The guy that came out said he was going to manually clean some of the grout after his machine cleaned everything (after about 30 seconds to a min he was completed, still no difference).

Dirty area on den carpet did not come clean and a new spot appeared. Two new spots appeared in guest room carpet. I called your office on Saturday and I am scheduled for a return visit to correct these issues on 11/30. Customer service was very helpful.
