No fault of the technician, who was complete and friendly, nor the results, which were great - but I live in a senior community where the home are close together and the noise level for the 2.5 hours was pretty bad. People from a block in either direction were stopping by to see what was "wrong." I would consider decibels next time.
Fast service, good price. Very professional technicians. The only complaint I have is that I don't think Zerorez is as good at getting tougher stains out as Steamex is, but Steamex is a lot more expensive, so I guess it is a trade off.
I like how clean the furniture really is when they're done.

The person who cleaned the tile and carpets made very good recommendations about what needed to be done, but keeping in mind the cost for me. He worked so hard for 4 hours non-stop. Everything looked great when he left.

Right after the cleaning the carpets looked good and stain free but just 2 days later the old stains started showing through, now 7 days later it looks like the carpets were never cleaned at all.
