Take more care to keep the house clean. More time to set up corner guards, and set up more. There were blue marks on some corners during the process.
Also, Some puddles of water left on the floor next to the carpet areas. Take more time to wipe those up.

The cost is very affordable, the process is quick with great results, and the tech was very helpful and curteous. One suggestion to make the service exceptional would be to have your techs wear shoe covers so they do not leave tracks on the clean floor!

The Carpets looked and Smelt Great! They did my whole home approx. 1825 sqft In the amount of time it took me to go to walmart! I highly recommend

The next morning after our carpet was cleaned I walked barefoot on it and you could tell a marked difference in the bedrooms that were not cleaned and the living room and hall that were. The carpet was much softer and plusher feeling. Will absolutely use Zerorez again. I recommend them.

I like the idea that you are not using soaps and chemicals to clean the carpets because that will attract the dirt back to the carpet. As far as your services,you were prompt as when u told us you were going to be here and the technician Trey was very professional and courteous throughout. He explained everything that needed done and how much it would be and didn't try to sell us on things we didn't need. Thank you very much.

Technicians are prompt, clean and do a great job. 10 year old carpets look good when they are done. Floor and grout look good too.

The first time Zerorez was here the cleaning was far better than we expected and the carpet looked almost new. This time there was some improvement but the traffic paths are still dirty and the carpet in general looks dirty and like it needs to be cleaned. Very disappointed this time.

The carpet didn't come clean or as dramatically cleaned as seen on your web site photos. Perhaps, that was just marketing 'puffing'. This was my first experience at having carpets cleaned. I will be trying other companies in the future as a comparison or maybe just replacing the carpet.

When you clean, it stays really clean for a long time. Previous carpet cleaning services I have had the carpet looks great when they complete the job, but a month later dose not. When you do the service it looks great for a long time. I love when you call your business, I laugh at the message. Yesterday I had 2 neighbors ask me about your service, and I told them that the next time they need there carpet or furniture or what ever done, they should use your company.
