We had a problem with pet stains prior to using zerorez, I was worried that after cleaning my house would smell (due to zerorez not using anything but water) but I was presently surprised to come home to floors that have NO SMELL AT ALL! They also look like brand new carpet!
My carpet dried so much quicker with your products. The man who cleaned them was so kind and informative. He was fast but yet my carpets still looked fantastic.

Sean was a much better technician. Scott was conciencious but the resulting carpeting cleaning was just fair. I have been using your services for a few years now and this was the most mediocre result. The cleaning we do between professional cleanings with our Bissell brings better results.

My furniture and carpet look great! And I loved that the furniture was almost dry by the time the technician was leaving
Carpet was not cleaned well. Simple areas around furniture legs were not cleaned. Normal small,simple dirt spots did not come out. Did not clean next to couches therefore a line by them.
The carpet hasn't looked this good in years & it was embarrassingly filthy. Peter was so kind & efficient. I can't say enough nice things about him or the product. Thanks for brightening my house for Thanksgiving.
Used you before and very satisfied. This time, carpets were left wet unclean spots, had to bring his equipement back in to redo.But most unsatisfied with VERY DAMP carpets, unlike previous calls. Also $500 seemed a bit high for this kind of service.
It was easy to schedule. The reminder call was helpful. It was only a 2-hour window for the appointment. The technicians arrived on time after that very helpful 15 min. notification.
They were in uniforms that showed they were Zerorez and immediately introduced themselves. They were courteous and very clean and tidy. They talked with me and let me know different choices that I had and why these things might be appropriate. They did not pressure me to buy more "stuff" or "services" They worked quickly and did a great job. They were out of here in no time.
Excellent tile and grout cleaning aND grout sealing. Also very good carpet cleaning.
I was expecting my tile/grout to be much cleaner. The reason for the service was to remove extensive stain in the grout. Unfortunately that did not happen.
I like the fact that there is no harsh chemicals used on my floor because I have pets and I do not use them myself when I clean my floor
