Travis was awesome! He explained everything and we very great to work with. My rating is NOT a reflection of him whatsoever. He went over everything with me and made sure I was happy before he left.
Once everything dried yesterday, I could see the marks in the carpet from the suction cleaner. It's hard to explain but I'll do my best. When you reach forward with the cleaner, put it on the carpet, then suction back towards you, you create a line of dirt by your feet. When you back to continue to the next section, up you should go over that line. I understand my carpet was very dirty and Travis did the best he could, I'm just not happy with all of the suction lines. I am going to vacuum it tonight and see if it looks any better.
They were very propmpt on there ariving and got the job done in a far amount of time. He was able to answer all my questions and gave me vast knowledge on the product and how is tops all other carpet cleaners.
I like that no chemicals are used. The price is very affordable and the job was completed quickly.

Technicians are always professional and thorough. Zerorez method gives the best carpet cleaning and carpet dries quickly and is not coarse and stiff from cleaning residue.

Jake our "teck" was awesome. He was friendly, but not overly. He did a great job on the shower and carpet. We sat looking at our home last evening. We said it almost looks new.
We didn't really expect our carpets to look like "NEW", we knew they have had some wear, but they did come out really nice. Jake took his time, treated the traffic arrears, than cleaned them. We like that no chemicals were used.

The first room that was cleaned still has an odor that was not there before the cleaning. With that said, we are not sure if somehow the cleaning brought out an odor that was already there or what. Either way, the room smells worse than before we had the carpets cleaned so it can't really be clean. The others seem to be fine and they look good.

The technician was friendly and competent. He identifed himself and was mindful of not scarring up the walls with his equipment. He was quick and efficient and very pleasant and professional. My carpets looked fabulous when he was done.
