The Technician did a poor job of locating his vehicle in front of our house. He actually backed in to a grass area where sprinkler heads/lines run.

He did our carpet cleaning with one hand on the cleaner and his other hand on his cell phone talking to someone.

He missed some stains that I had market for treatment.

We like Zerorez. We will use them again... just a bit frustrated with how it went this time.
