My carpets look great! And the representative that cleaned my carpets and upholstery was very professional and knowledgeable, but I expected my upholstery to come out looking much cleaner than it did. I actually believe I could have done a better job with over the counter cleaner and a scrub brush, plus I would have saved $260! That's how much I paid to have my couch, recliner and dining room chairs cleaned to look just similar as they did to start with.

I wish that I was told that it would be a waste of my money.

The fact that it is completely Green and my carpets don't "crunch" after they dry. They stay cleaner longer and fresher as well. I have pets and Zerorez has always gotten out every stain.

Call me before starting your service. I received a voicemail from your tech telling me what he already cleaned. I was told a tech would call with a quote before cleaning, but didn't. I even had to call customer Svc to check on arrival time. I didn't have as much money as I thought I did and would have had only the rooms cleaned, instead of the rooms and the stairs. I was not given the opportunity to change my request. I ended up spending more than I really had. I was disappointed.

My chairs don't look any better than before you cleaned them

After my first review a representative from Zerorez contacted me about my review. The representative wanted to improve my previous experience. Zerorez sent another technician out to reclean my carpets and now they look amazing. This time around I would definitely recommend Zerorez.

I used to recommend your company highly. I have used Zerorez or many years and was always amazed at the result from the cleaning. I know my carpet in this home is old and is very dirty so it is difficult to have it look good
following the cleaning, but my husband rented a carpet cleaner from Safeway the following day of our recent appointment to clean the upstairs. We have also rented it before to clean the down stairs, but this time decided to have your company come and clean because I worry about my husband's health. I have to say in all honesty that there is no difference between having you clean and using the machine rented from Safeway. if anything it is better because he changes the water often so the carpet ends up looking brighter and cleaner. I am sorry to report this, but it is true. We have decided to just rent the machines from now on or even give another company a try. You will notice on our last report from your service that there were grease and dirt in one of the rooms that was cleaned. Those actually came out but the rest of the carpet just looked dingy. Was not impressed with cleaning

Excellent!

I like that the carpet always looks new again but I didn't like that the technician this time around was not very friendly and he did not clean the perimeter between the carpet and tile areas as clean as before.

Timely and efficent

I forgot my technicians name, but please figure it out and let his manager know that he was very professional and made several very good recommendations.
