The carpet dried in under 6 hours, the technician was in and out in just over an hour. Arrival time was near the top end of the arrival window, which made planning our day and being able to do other things possible. All stains are gone and carpet looks great and feels great. Also, no residue was left on tile that lines up to carpet
Great service and I have super clean carpets.
Professional service and the cleaning lasts a long time before having to redo it.

Hidden charges. Was not informed about square footage of a room may increase the price when I made the reservation. Was just asked how many rooms. Felt like a scam when the technician shows up and said would have to charge you more.

Carpet feels and looks the same, but cleaner. They cleaned an area rug that came out like new. Would prefer they not make the pitch for the water - 2.5 gallons is too much - would have purchased a gallon. Thanks
