Technician did a Great Job! Tile (grout) looked amazing. After 20 years of traffic it looks like new again.

My carpets always come clean and stains are out with no chemicals left in the carpet. Trey Rogers and his assistant were just excellent. No hard sell but did keep me informed of things like the protection for the carpet. They were very thorough, respectful and knowledgeable. I asked about the chemical makeup of the protectant and Trey allowed me on the phone call with his supervisor. I like that they were all above board and honest. I have already recommended your company to 3 neighbors! This is my third year having your service and I definitely will continue.

Natural and it works

Expensive but quality work
Carpet is not full of soap after cleaning and the carpet stays clean longer
Said would be there between 10 and 12 and didn't get there till after 2. As a result the pet stain can still be seen

I have been very happy with zerorez. This is the 3rd time I have called you out top clean my carpet. My carpet is less than 1 year old. I had 4 large rooms cleaned. It took 1 hr or less for all 4 rooms to be cleaned. I had one of my older children home while it was cleaned. When I got home, I noticed 4 different spots in my front room that weren't removed. I took my own cleaner and removed these spots. I think the tech was just in too much of a hurry and didn't do a good job.
Friendly and professional. Talked to me about the benefits and values of your cleaning products without giving me a hard sell which would have made me never use you again. Instead, the way he did it made me more likely to try your cleaning products. Very good job.
