On time for appointment, courteous tech, great cleaning.
I was very happy with the cleaning. The men did a very good job, completed the work quickly and explained the work to be done. They left no mess.
Your service person was to arrive between 4 p m --6 p m. We were supposed to get a phone call 15-20 minutes before he was to arrive. No one called, no one arrived during the scheduled time.
We were just about to sit down for dinner at 6.20 pm , when your man arrived unannounced. He was lucky that I answered the door. After a brief discussion we let him in to proceed with his tasks.Albert did an excellent job, he was very professional and apologetic.He is a very nice young man.Unfortunately I can not say the same thing about your office administration.
The tech was easy to talk about what needed done. Carpet was real clean.
The ladies were very good who did our carpet cleaning.
Amanda was able to remove all of the stains. The carpet looked beautiful!

I have taken my time to write this response. I was not happy with the service. This was my first time using Zerorez and my carpet was not even a year old and very little traffic.
The salesman (and I will refer to him as such) told me that stain guard comes up in a steam cleaning and that I needed to re-apply it now. I did, for an extra $125.00.
This was not discussed during my appointment phone call where we set the price. AND Not only was this not true, but when I called the company that I bought the carpet from they said new carpets are stain resistant and don’t even need stain guard. I also found out that stain guard is usually good for a couple years.
I called Zerorez and complained. They said they don’t instruct the workers to pressure customers. I actually felt lied to. They said it’s an option and I chose the option…I said that I was lied to and mislead.
Result: IF I hire them next year, they will credit me the $125.00 toward my next service. UNacceptable.
You did a great job. What disappoints is your high prices for area rugs and additional fees if I want things really clean and the fact that you don't move furniture. I can see where you wouldn't move heavy items like pianos, but I'm a middle aged woman who has to move everything herself.
The 2nd person that came out, Tray, did an excellent job. The first person did not

The technician was thorough and efficient; the carpet is clean; spots are gone and no residue is left on the carpet. Price was reasonable.
The carpeting did not get clean. There are still dirty traffic patches and some spots were not removed. I removed the spots myself using the spray spot remover left behind by the tech. He said he couldn't get the traffic dirt out, so I don't know what you can do to make it right.
Thorough cleaning, fast work and carpets look great!
