Our technician was prompt, courteous, and did an excellent job
The professionalism and expertise of the technician
Good job.
Had carpet cleaned and protective coating put on carpet. It looks brand new. Kevin was extremely customer service friendly. He quoted prices for several services I could consider. I wish I could have afforded to have everything done, but know I can call them to return to do other services at a later time. Kevin provided a very thorough service in everything he did.
competitive pricing; on-time arrival; friendly
I absolutely love them!
Tyler was delightful but obviously your products don't work -- first time I've ever had the carpet cleaned & normal traffic pattern didn't clean up. WAY more expensive than anyone else but not worth it . Sorry
Zerorez consistently does a great job getting the carpets clean. they show up on time, and work while they are there.
The cleanliness of the carpet and the dry time.
Very professional and did a great job.
Quick and efficient
The service tech was friendly, answered all my questions, and showed up 4 hours early....and my carpets look great. All the high traffics areas cleaned up very well. Pleased with my experience .
Excellent customer service and results.
Very timely technicians - did a great job on my three bedrooms carpets. Very clean - worked efficiently . This was the first time using Zerorez . My neighbor recommended them. I asked what was different about the cleaning process and he explained it to me. I also got a demo on the multisurface cleaner on my stainless refrigerator. I love how it didn't leave a residue! I'm cleaning my whole house with it now!
Reliable appointment times
Super friendly tech, perfectly scheduled reminders, setting up the appointment was casual and personable. All around A+++
Great job done. Carpets look great!
Great PR. Testing the floor to see if it could be cleaned properly was great.
Picks up the dirt well.
Friendly staff, quality service, confident in results.
The carpet technition was very professional and courteous!
Technicians were friendly and knowledgeable, on time and timely in their work. They did a great job!
quick drying, efficient cleaning and above and beyond service from the techs. They were amazing!
Everything. You are prompt, great service men, good job, clean carpets!!! Do little extra's when needed...
Just unimpressed with cleaning level. Carpet is also crunchy though we were told it would not be. The carpet is old and rather worn in spots. Some areas are still not dry 24 hours later.
Friendly customer service, carpet and tile looks great after work.
Attention to detail regarding appts. and the actual service (e.g., able to get out
stains and on-time, prompt techs).
Got our floors clean and renewed. Hayden was very friendly and helpful as well.
Carpet remains nice longer than traditional carpet cleaning services with soap etc.
