The two men who cleaned the carpets were great and friendly. No complaints there. But the lady whom I spoke with the confirm the online-booked appt. was defensive to my feedback and wouldn't acknowledge what I said. She was very friendly and spoke with professionalism. One of the biggest hindrances to businesses, I see, is their defensiveness and disregard toward constructive feedback.
By the way, my feedback was that the site should specify a sectional vs. sectional w/chaise with the $90 up-charge. That way customers know ahead of time a better estimate.
This all being said, the carpets came out great and the service was efficient. Thorough yet fast. We will most likely call upon you guys the next time we need our floors cleaned.

I love the no chemical aspect and compared to other professional cleaning companies, ZeroRez gets my carpets the cleanest. Relatively quick drying time as well. Very happy customer.

Zerorez is an incredibly professional company. I have always had a positive experience with the technicians and customer service people on the phone. Zerorez technicians take measures to protect your home from damage during service (using the corner protectors) and are very thorough in meeting your requests and needs. I am extremely pleased with the service I received and would highly recommend Zerorez to any and all family members and friends. My technician was fantastic this past visit--he was friendly, professional, courteous, and took the time to ensure that I was satisfied with the work he completed. He additionally recommended someone to stretch one of the wrinkles in my carpet, and provided a rag to ensure people did not slip on the landing of my stairs near where the carpet was wet. Excellent service all around!
