The men who cleaned our carpets were very professional and kept me informed of what they were doing.
No chemical smell. The tech was on time, and I was given notice prior to arrival. My only suggestion would be to give advice of a longer drying time. I was told 6-8 hours, but it actually took 24. Josh gave excellent customer service and explained the whole process.
Charles was very good. His hose broke but he had a replacement delivered about 45 minutes later. He did a great job on my floors!!

I was a little tired and a little cranky my mom is on hospice and they just stayed very professional. thank you. thank them for being understand about everything. I have 10 rentals and I will be using you guy from now on. It would of taken me all day to do what they did in a hour. Name removed
The sofa and loveseat were cleaned in a timely manner, and the young man cleaned up as he went.
Beside being on time, he was polite and explained the cleaning process to me.

Love that the product doesn't leave residue on my carpet. Paul was great. Knoweledgable about his job and obvious likes what he does.
Before I could give feedback, I needed to wait a few days to see if the stain at our front door would come right back as it does with Chem Dry...and it has not returned. Glad to finally have it gone. Thanks!

The tech that came out was one of the best. But there are still a few spots, that didnt come out of the carpet, it seemed to take the carpet a long time to dry.
