This unit is a rental. My tenant is pleased with the job. She says it is clean and smells fresh.

The technician--Albert--was very conscientious and was not satisfied until a tough spot was treated adequately. Like the fact that carpet felt almost dry soon after he finished the carpets. I purchased some Zerorez Liquid Cleaner and was impressed with it when I used it to clean a stool cushion and there was no water ring. Impressive!!!

The service technician was knowledgeable and attentive. The carpet did not feel "soapy" or slimy. There was no odor.

After finally finding our perfect sofa we hesitantly called zerorez. Your product was good. The service we received from Scott Hammond was EXCEPTIONAL!! We have had many pieces of furniture cleaned by many different companies but we have never had anyone clean our furniture as thoroughly as Scott. Your product didn't sell us on zerorez, your technician, Scott, sold us on zerorez. He should be commended for his promptness, professionalism, attention to detail and friendliness!! When we recommend zerorez, we are recommending Scott Hammond. When we have our furniture cleaned again we will be specifically asking for Scott!!
You charge a trip fee because I live in Maricopa. I think that is not right
The technician did an amazing job. He was thorough and informative. We also love the cleaning kit with the alkaline water that we purchased.

My rugs looks much cleaner than other rug cleaners I have used. I'm anxious to see if it stays cleaner longer since I got the protectorant. I was impressed with the courteous staff from the initial phone call to the young man and woman who came to clean the rugs.

My carpet was a complete disaster, I was not sure if they could even get it clean again and I was surprised it looks almost new.
Good customer service and professional.
As a dental office we are constantly cleaning to keep our office sterile and looking professional. We have tried other products in the past that left nasty residue and when people walked in our office the floors looked dirty. After zerorez came in and cleaned our tile I was so impressed with the way the floors looked we have been using the product since and just not on our floors we use it for scuff marks on the walls and to clean the wheels of our dental chairs. I would highly recommend this product to anyone.
