The truck came at 4 pm later than I would have liked because the carpet stayed wet all night and part of the next day. It was also crunchy after and needed to be vacuumed twice before it felt normal and didn't crunch. I thought it was zero residue. The two young men were very nice and professional but they worked really fast, I'm not sure it was as good a job as it could have been.

I specifically called Zerorez to get the pet urine out of my carpet and ended up paying $100 extra JUST for that on top on the minimum charge. You have come out twice now and my carpet smells worse than it did before. The pet urine is still there and now seems worse.
You guys were great, professional, quick, on time and I got exactly what I expected if not more.

The care given by the cleaner for a great clean rug. . all of the staff was great! Allen our cleaner was wonderful and explained everything.
