They were here on time and the service was relatively quick and the carpets look great so far. I love how the carpets were dry so much quicker than other carpet cleaners I've had in the past. Our technician was Casey C. and he was knowledgeable, friendly, and he did an amazing job.
Maybe try to get spots out a little better
Great results, tech was super, knowledgeable and explained in detail to cover all my concerns.
$25 for spot cleaning seems high. We had some pet stains that did not appear to be showing until the carpet was cleaned. We noticed them after the carpet dried. They did come out after I cleaned the area again. I'm not sure if this is normal (for the cleaning to make them more visible) or the general dirtiness of the carpet was hiding them.

Employees are extremely professional. Travis was exceptional, he explained the process, was diligent and attentive to details, and explained why some stains were not able to be removed. Travis arrived on timed and I always felt safe.

You always give good service and good advice on how to keep floors and carpets clean. Also you don't use harsh cleaners, just water. WOW!!!

Excellent job with a difficult situation
No chemicals
Service man was just great. He explained what he was going to Email address removed and then set about doing it quickly. We had just closed on our new house about 1 pm and he came right at 4 pm as scheduled allowing us to move in the next day.

Friendly and professional staff plus the carpets get cleaned without the use of chemicals.
They are odor free and residue free. The technicians are very professional and within the time frame they have said they will be.
I feel the service was rushed, my carpets had spots left behind my husband was able to get out, it has been 24 hours and they are still damp. Overall I do not feel like they look clean and your no chemical approach was what I was most interested in but I am highly unsatisfied and will go back to the we have used in the past.
