No soaps or chemicals
The person who did our carpets, tile and area rugs was very professional. He informed us of the cost up front. The carpets looks wonderful.

I would rate you a 15 if I could! Steve was such an outstanding guy and did an incredible job cleaning our carpets for our very first home. He put our minds at ease and clearly explained every process. The process was quick and very effective. The empowered water was so fantastic that we bought some and has helped clean even more items in our new house! You guys will be the only ones cleaning our carpets now.

Not only are your technicians (this time it was Sean Blosser) very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and effeciently do an excellent job but our aging tile and carpet look terrific. Thank you!
Kevin was professional, courteous and prompt. He answered all my questions thoroughly and did an excellent job. I had some pet stains on the carpet on my stairs. He recommended treatment and everything still looks (and smells!) great! I'll be reaching out to Zerorez when it's time to clean all the carpet in my home.
