We were able to schedule an appointment within a short period of time. Employee was on time, arrived even earlier than expected, friendly, professional, and completed the cleaning of four rooms and a large closet in an appropriate amount of time. Carpets appear to be very clean and softer to walk on, than expected.

The customer service was great, but now are carpet is crunchy and feels old. Prior to the cleaning it felt soft and almost new. We now have furniture on it so I need to remove it and have it cleaned again. Feels like way too much detergent on it. Not happy at all especially with how much we were charged. Would have not done it

Very friendly staff that makes it as enjoyable as possible to have carpets cleaned.

A better job of cleaning up excess cleaning fluid that remained on the tile butting up to cleaned carpet areas. Also had cleaning fluid drips on tile that occurred when equipment was removed from the premises. Also had a small area of interior paint rubbed off a roundnose corner where you enter the smaller living room. I had touch-up paint for that issue, and I cleaned up all of the cleaning fluid areas myself. Nice guy doing the work, and helpful with recognizing our area rugs did not qualify for in-home cleaning. Just needed a more thorough post-cleaning inspection of the home before going through the payment process.

I have used Zerorez for many, many years, where I used to live in Texas and now here in Arizona. I particularly like "no chemicals" and residue left in my carpet and now I used it on my tile. I love the clean grout lines. It looks amazing!
