Carpets feel softer. The carpets dry quickly. No soap residue so the carpet stays cleaner
Jesse was very thorough and polite. The job wast completed timely. He explained how the carpet looked as far as dirt and wear, along with appropriate drying time.

The service tech, Casey did an outstanding job on cleaning our carpet. We spoke to him about our tile, and he did a small sample showing us how the tile flooring could be cleaned. We scheduled him to come back and do our tile floors.
REALLY GET THE CARPETS CLEAN. MINE ARE VERY OLD BUT LOOK ALMOST NEW AFTER GETTKING zEROREX.
Thank you Zeorez for a quick job on cleaning a couple of rooms in our home. The technician arrived on time and was very professional. The only thing that this technician did not do was to put shoe covers on his shoes while he was working but otherwise he was very professional.

After the cleaning, the Zerorez employ attempted to change the price from the one I received over the phone. The man cleaning the carpet said the price increased because one of the rooms was greater than 20 by 20 feet. I told him that size was not mentioned during my reservation call to Zerorez. He did adjust the price to what I was quoted. Afterwards, I measured the room in question and at the very most it is 20 by 18 feet. Also, when he arrived his rug cleaning equipment wasn't functioning causing him to leave and return with another truck, which took about an hour. He did give me a $20 discount for the inconvenience.

The service person was great. He was friendly and walked us through the process. Unfortunately, for the amount of money we paid, my grout in certain places doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned at all.

They gave me a good price but once the gentleman got there he explained to me the issues of my carpet. It cost extra for that room but it was well worth it. The carpeting looks excellent and it's very nice to go in there and not see a dirty rug.
My tech David was very informative explained in detail what was necessary. So when he was done, all was good with no harsh chemicals.

I paid over $500 to get my floors done as I was moving out and across country. I was left with more of a mess on my tile then had before floors were done and spent hours recleaning them before move out. Not only was there white residue left on my tile and all along edges, there was splatter at least 6” high all along my cabinets, refrigerator and wall. I did not have the time to call someone back out. I did take some photos that I can provide.

The worker was very good and did a good job.
The service operator did a really good job cleaning our showers, the carpets, and the tile. Spots on the carpet were removed and the grout on the tile was very clean and looked restored. He was very polite and efficient. I will definitely continue to use Zerorez.
