Sean did such an amazing job cleaning our tile. Most of the areas look brand new. Sure which that our builder had done a better job of installing the tile and sealing the grout, but Sean made it come back to life. I'm a little disappointed in the look of the rug we had cleaned. There seems to be a brown line down the middle, probably where it was folded after cleaning to keep it out of the way to clean the tile. If any of your techs are back in our area in the coming days, I'd sure appreciate them stopping in to redo that area.
I will still highly recommend you as I am thrilled with how clean the tile is. Thank you!

I like the open appointment availability and kind employees that come to my home. I think the first step of brushing the carpet really makes a difference in the over all finished product. They always do a great job.
The technician was nice, but this time my carpet did not come out looking very clean. I do know we had stains but it seemed as if my carpet looked Dingy all over after this cleaning. It was just not what I’m used to when we have had zerorez out in the past.
Operator ran out of water & couldn't finish the job. We were given a discount but it's a disappointment not to have gotten the work completed.

This is second time I’ve had them do carpet and even upholstery. Both came out beautifully and the technician was knowledgeable and efficient! The technician arrived on time and was pleasant and courteous!
