Jacob was so friendly and professional. The window was 8am-10am and I was so grateful he called at 7:50am to say he was on the way. He worked thoroughly but swiftly and was respectful of our home. He let us know a protectant would protect the rug so we added that on and he took care of it. Everything about the service was professional, courteous and pleasant. The cost was also pretty reasonable. I will recommend to any who mention needing services like those that you offer.
The service was easy to schedule, the technician was on time and very professional and easy to work with and the outcome was excellent!

ZeroRez flexibility in scheduling is competitive advantage over the other guys. I had a last minute schedule change and they accommodated the request with ease. I don’t have to wait a week … they scheduled me the next day.

Carpet always looks and feels clean and soft as opposed to stiff like with regular carpet cleaning companies.

I spoke to Lindsay and told her the specifics. Right now we are unwilling to move all our furniture again, so will have to wait and see. I know we have 30 days.
As I told Lindsay, I have used zerorez for 15 years in MN and now 10 years in AZ - not sure who we will be using in the future.
We like how clean the carpets get without using harsh chemicals, the customer service and techs are always great! We will continue to refer Zero Rez. With that said, we continue to request that Zero Rez offer longtime returning customers special deals like promotional offers for new customers. Big dissapointment.....NOT a fan of the tipping policy/expectation!
How quickly you come out to service carpet!
Robert did a great job. Explained the process, and recommended different treatments for the stains we had on the carpets.
The last 3 times over the years we have asked for service, we have had to call for reservice. This last time when I called to report the lighter colored large spots left after cleaning, Zerorez asked me for a 3rd time if I spilled something there! Sick of the cost, sick of having to call to have them come back to clean up their mess! The techs are very nice, it is the inability to get it right the first time that makes it not worth it.
