I like that chemicals are not used--no odor nor residue. The technicians call or text before arriving and are clear about what they are doing and results. Easy to schedule and on time with the appointment.

Tom was the person who came out, and he did an absolutely tremendous job. I had some rather nasty stains on the carpet in my bedroom, and after he was done the carpet looked like brand new. Highest possible recommendation!
