I already left a message stating that I was very disappointed because the cleaning process triggered my alarm system to go off, saying there is carbon monoxide in the home. I also was not pleased when I paid $265 for my cleaning and the next day. I see an ad three rooms for $115. The gentleman that did the service were very nice and very efficient and the cleaning of itself was very good.

Service guy did not wear booties over their shoes. This was something I was expecting as wearing dirty outside shoes while cleaning a carpet seems slightly contraindicating. Furthermore, he stated that pet odors were coming up when cleaning our carpets and recommended further treatments. Carpets have been brand new upon moving into this home 3 years ago and our dog has never once had an accident on them. Believe he just said that because he knew I had a dog and was looking to provide up charges. Carpets are clean but will not be using this company for future services.

Efficient and excellent cleaning service. Can feel the difference
First let me say the technician that came to our home was wonderful. He explained everything and did a great job. My disappoint comes from the fact that when I initially called I was very clear on the items I wanted cleaned ( tile and 1 surface rug) and asked for a cost I believe the girl quoted me about $230 or so. Nothing was mentioned at that time about extra charges for hallways which I quickly discovered once the tech arrived that can add quite a bit more to your bill. The tech also mentioned when he arrived that the carpet wasn’t included in the quote do this was another charge I didn’t expect and I thought the price originally quoted included that. I called the office when the tech was still here to speak to a supervisor and they said someone would call back. It’s now almost a week later and still no call. I called back today and was told there was nothing noted in my account requesting a call back and was told today he had no idea when I would receive a call. Working for a large home services company myself I understand the importance of setting clear expectations with your customers, follow up and customer satisfaction. Sure seems like a bait and switch tactic to me !

We've used Zerorez for about 20 years in Sun Lakes and Los Angeles. Previously we gave a grade of 10 after each carpet cleaning session. But this most recent session in Sun Lakes was not the same quality as earlier. The main issue is after the cleaning there were "waves" (raised areas or linear buldges) in the carpet. They were quite visible when standing a few feet away. We have never had these raised waves at any time in the past. My guess is the tech got the carpet too wet. The waves persisted for at least 10 hours (when we went to bed). When the carpet did dry out, the waves were no longer visible and remain so. Again, we were super surprised this time after a Zerorez cleaning because to many past years that never happened.
The young man who cleans my carpet was very professional and a friendly attitude. Did a great job!
