I used Zero Rez this week after becoming increasingly dissatisfied with a competitor's cleaning. With Zero Rez, my carpets were practically dry by the end of the day. With the competitor, my carpets were wet for a couple days afterwards. In addition, my carpets look fabulous. I will definitely use Zero Rez again.

Zerorez does a very good cleaning job on carpets . I especially like that the carpets dry quickly. Unfortunate, months ago I was very disappointed with the upholstery cleaning. I had two sofas ‘cleaned’ and not only did I not notice a brighter fabric but the dirt settled in the areas where the cording wrapped around the cushions.
The quality of cleaning products that actually cleans from the bottom up. My carpets don’t stay soggy, smelly or crunchy after cleaning like they are left by other companies. My carpets are currently over 10 yrs old but after Zerorez cleans them, they are brought back life.
For some reason y carpet doesn’t clean up in black areas. Wish it could.

I requested a specific time range based on our schedule of 3-5 PM. Starting at 10 AM, I was contacted by a Zerorez employee asking to move my appointment up. I declined. At 12, another employee again asked to come over immediately. This was not possible based on our schedule. At 2:05, a 3rd employee called and then texted to say they were 20 minutes out. I told them our appointment window was from 3-5 and they cannot start before then. I was then told I would have to reschedule my appointment to the next day because I "declined for the 2nd time today". I declined three attempts to start before a scheduled appointment for a reason - we sold our home and had to have it cleaned, and the cleaners were booked immediately before Zerorez. What is the point of having an appointment window if I will be threatened and harassed all day to move up an appointment time set weeks in advance..?
Is this how you treat customers that book a 3-5 window because they have to leave work early, too...?
I’ve had zerorez do my carpets before, but this time the closets were super wet and got very crunchy after 2 days of fans on them. The carpet is also wrinkled in my closet and it wasn’t prior. I had a cream chair cleaned and the arm was super dirty after it was cleaned. It wasn’t very dirty before cleaning

Service extremely professional! Prompt and respectful of my home while he shampooed sectional sofa, large chair and ottoman, cleaned and sealed travertine tile in both bathrooms. Very satisfied with the quality of work and I have high standards! Will certainly schedule again next year! Great company!

Joachim did an amazing job cleaning the entire house tile & grout. Just as with the carpet cleaning eight months ago, he went above & beyond to ensure the very stained grout was clean. He exceeded our expectations.
The next job after summer will br another carpet cleaning and cleaning various upholstery. We are sold on Zerorez!
