Prompt, friendly, transparent on pricing
The carpets look great. Mike showed me how the Z water worked, so overall I'm happy with the service. I like that there are no chemicals used. I would definitely recommend them to others.
Excellent !! I have 3 dogs, no matter how much I clean up the house there is a smell that linger through the house . Not anymore , so nice to come home to a odor free home

The gentleman who came in and serviced our office was incredibly friendly and helpful. He came in and got all the darkspots out and even treated an area where toilet water had been flooding out. Our carpet looks great!

Cleaned carpet spots twice....carpet only 17 months old. Checking with carpet manufacturer to see if carpet has a problem as suggested.
