My technician was wonderful. From the time he came in until he left he was very kind and respectful. He also, did an amazing job. I'd definitely have him back in the future.
We have had our carpets cleaned by several others, you guys did the best job. The high traffic area was the cleanest since it was installed.

I appreciate the 2nd visit to try to mitigate the results of a soaked carpet that was still damp 2 days later even after using a rented blower but despite my carpet taking the blame for pad level stains that wicked up to make it look horrifying, the truth is it NEVER should have been that wet in the cleaning. I spoke with a representative at the Home Show about your process and the improved drying expectation due to the empowered water and mounted extraction. I was optimistic but in the end disappointed. and I simply can't recommend a service that had such results. I'm currently struggling to replace my carpeting entirely because the residue raised lingers and while I was told I would be credited for the "extra" pet service I paid for in light of the necessity of renting carpet blowers to try to have a livable home, I've not received anything back. I'll reach out next week about that. I planned on losing one day of work for this process, I lost two in addition to these other expenses so I'm not happy. I do appreciate the efforts of the folks you sent and particularly appreciated the honesty of the 2nd man, his care in wearing booties on my floors and his efforts to make things look less like a murder scene.
I’m a repeat customer and I’m very satisfied
There are still several spots in my carpets not clean. Technician didn’t indicate there was anything he didn’t think would come out and in all honesty none were terrible that shouldn’t have come out. So over $800 for less than 1500 square feet and then not clean.
The product and service are exemplary. I use ZeroRez water for a lot of cleaning and loved the outcome of my carpets and uphostery.

I'm not sure that all the smell is gone from the urine in the one bedroom though. It's definitely not as bad, but I still think I can smell it.

Eric was on time, called ahead of the appointment, was kind, and did a thorough job. Zero Rez was a great experience from the initial call (Charles) to the perfect rug cleaning (Eric). The best price and quality expertise.
Too many on-line texts exchanged to make an appointment. Would have been faster for me to call. Also, it was not mentioned until the end of this long on-line procedure that i would have to move any furniture. I'm 74 years old.
