I was not told that the technician would need to cut into the air conditioning duct in order to hook up the Zerorez equipment. I have a brand new system and did not want it to be cut. I disclosed the fact that the system was new when I booked the appointment. The technician was able to use a vent in the family room to attach the equipment to to create the suction. I probably would not have booked the appointment had I known.
I also am sick of everything being an extra cost. I expected the system to be fully cleaned but only tubing connected to the air handler were included. Most of the rooms have vents that draw air in but aren't connected to the system. It is ridiculous that an additional charge of $50-$85 for each vent would be charged, along with exhaust fans in the bathroom and laundry room. For these reasons I probably would not recommend Zerorez to my friends and family.

Jeff was awesome. He cleaned my carpet better than any other technician.
I always get a good job from Zerorez. I like that there is no soap residue left behind, which always attracts MORE dirt.
And BTW, Damien (sp.?) did a fantastic job on my rugs. They look fantastic!
I recently used Zerorez of Phoenix for their 3-bedroom and hallway carpet cleaning special, and I'm beyond impressed! They did an awesome job—my carpets look and feel like new. My carpet was VERY wet after it was done and it took until later the following day for it to be completely dry. My appointment was at 8 am so it was a good 24 hours or more before it was dry. I called twice the day of the cleaning and was told they couldn’t do anything until after it had dried. My house was extremely humid the whole time. It made it hard for the house to cool down. I was frustrated to say the least and not pleased with your customer service. I have used you several times in the past and had no problems.

There’s two reasons I will not being using your company again
#1 the stain did not come out even though my rug was fiber sealed by a professional and the stain should have come out.
#2 he left a large area rug wrinkled, big wrinkles and made no attempt at straightening my rug
How did he expect me to put it back in place and remove the large wripples?
Didn’t finish the job, was forced to pay anyways under threat of not leaving the premise. Damaged components of the HVAC system.
Have not had company representatives follow up on the matter and offer solutions.
The tech, Casey, was very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. He did a great job!!

Our technician was very slow. Normally, our past techs were in and out of our house in little over an hour. Last week, our tech was here for over two hours We had a lot of dog urine stains, and that was nothing new. There were some bloodstains that are still somewhat visible.
Our carpets have never been cleaner. Our technician was extremely efficient and detail oriented.
The before and after was incredible. Your tech Cody was also fantastic, he was very personable and thorough. I will request him next time.
