How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

There was some miscommunication when we called to confirm the appointment and the tech missed a couple of places that needed attention. Overall we are pleased with how the rest of the carpet looks.

Tech was very knowledgeable and friendly. Carpets came out looking better than Tech expected and they were dry in just a few hours!

My technician, Anthony, was great! He was super friendly and took the time to answer all of my questions. The carpets and the chair upholstery looks amazing. It's marvelous to see our carpet looking stain free again!

The guy did a really good job but after about 4 days I saw a spot that came back. I also would like to know if you sell anything for spots that you get periodically/

My carpets are one year old.Zero Res did a great job cleaning them and the technician was very nice and professional. My only concern would be that my carpets after they dried felt hard and crunchy. Not soft like before I had them cleaned. I used my carpet rake after they were dry and that helped but they are still a little crunchy. Do you have any Suggestions?
