Your product gets the carpet so clean and fresh scented.
Techs were curious and customer friendly. Did not try to push cleanings or services that were not needed like other companies sometimes do. They asked what exactly I was expecting after the cleaning and how they could help make that expectation possible. Quick and professional and worked with me to do work in certain rooms due to moving out of the house. Thanks Zerorez!
I have been using Zerorez for 4 years and have recommended them to friends and family. I am very satisfied with the service I received each time.
Fast and and thorough
Trey was great! Very professional!
The best rug cleaning company we have ever used and friendly employees. They recommended using the Empowered water to clean my house and today I used it to clean the mirrors and stainless steel appliances. Wow!, what a difference. It was easy and they look great. I am also happy to get the chemicals out of my house. I will recommend Zerorez to all my friends.
Yours was the worst carpet cleaning I have ever seen in my life!!!!!! Way too expensive and it only looks like you vacuumed my carpet! I have called for either a refund or carpet cleaned again. Someone is coming Monday! Let's see how it is after that? What an inconvenience to say the least!
From my initial call to make an appointment to the carpet service date, Zerorez provides friendly, efficient and professional service.
Alex Ayala was the Tec that came out to do the job. He was very professional, courteous and friendly. My carpets look great!
