Zerorez does the BEST job cleaning carpets. Your technicians are prompt and very capable. Hayden Hurst did an amazing job with my 29 year old carpet. I always recommend Zerorez!
The technician arrived when he said he would, went through the cleaning order and allowed me to add to it. He was quick and efficient and I am completely satisfied with the cleanliness of my carpets. I continue to recommend Zerorez to my friends who live in the valley.
I like that everything is explained to you upon arrival and that afterwards there isn't any odors from the cleaning.

The carpets loomed horrible. All the spots are back after one day. The guy didn't clean areas. After he left and I walked upstairs there were completely dry areas that were not even cleaned.
