The carpets look amazing! This was no hassle at all. The house I was moving out of was being serviced by ZeroRez and I wasn't able to be there. Leaving the back door unlocked for them was an easy solution that they were willing to work with! Then I dropped off my payment and that was it. Easy as pie! And a lot better work than a company I previously used.

The ads say no "crunchy" carpet. My carpet is "crunchy". Many stains remained. Although I didn't opt for the $$$$ process to lift and extract by the foot. My carpet is old so that may be why it did not come out great. All and all I was ok with your service.
The carpet still looks clean 3 weeks later no spots came back up.
