The carpet looks nice, but it was cleaned on Thursday and we still have damp areas on Saturday morning. Also, there are areas that feel "crunchy" when stepped upon. These are not in high traffic areas, but in areas where we rarely walk. Therefore I have mixed feelings about thd service.

After cleaning a sofa and chair the serviceman indicated he had cleaned everything up. The next morning I noticed a heavy sticky residue left on the floor from cleaning the sofa and chair and spent an hour cleaning it up. If I had cleaned a sofa in my living room I shudder to think of what my carpet would have looked like.

Abel was very thorough with the process that would take place and all fees that would occur were disclosed. The previous owners had animals, lots of hair and dirt, and the house smelled like it and the carpet felt like that. After getting our carpets cleaned with Zerorez, the house smelled and still smells clean and the carpets feel brand new. Very pleased with the overall experience.

The technician was very thorough and professional. This turned out to be a very big job and he was very patient and committed to completing the job to our satisfaction. He spent extra time on tough stains that he didn't necessarily have to put so much energy into. Great job!

The job was done well. The house looks much brighter with the cleaned area rugs.

The friendliness of the staff was perfection, however id rather be told that my rug cannot be cleaned rather than to wait almost two weeks to pick up a small area rug that is still a disaster with weird debris stuck in it. I'm sure zerorez does a wonderful job with everything else, but I was SERIOUSLY let down in this situation. I understand my rug was really dirty and difficult material, but I'd rather not get my hope up for two weeks than to pay $40 for something I have to throw away.
