The rooms for your 3 rooms-for-$X promotion has not been an issue in the past, however to qualify a room for the promo, it must be the size of a small bedroom. I'm someone who can afford it, but I will likely go back to my previous since the price 50% lower.

I thought my rug was ruined when I spilled a dish of hot cooked blueberries on my rug. The gentleman who came to clean my rug did a miracle job using your products. My rug was saved.

My wife was extremely pleased with how well the carpets were cleaned. She liked the idea of no residue to attract dirt. She even bought product from the technician to clean our laminate floors. The technician was very friendly and helpful.

The rug and upholstery was very clean after Alex finished and Alex was pleasant and careful to not allow the equipment or hoses to drag over or touch the cabinets, walls and additional furniture. Job well done.

The tech that came in to do our carpets was very professional and respected the house. He did a wonderful job and couldn't be happier with what was done.

I really like that you don't use chemicals since I have an 8month old and a dog. Plus

Really like the water I bought. Wasn't sure it would live up to what it was suppose to do but it does. The technician was very good, polite and wasn't pushy. I would recommend the carpet protection if you can afford the extra cost.

The carpets came as clean as possible. What I didn't like is that I felt there were to many add on prices which would have really jacked the price up and made it out of my budget to afford.

The techs were on time and seemed to be knowledgable and proficient. It seemed as though they were thorough, but it did not take long for them to complete the job. Once cleaned and dried, there is no aparent residue and stains seem to have been eliminated - the carpet looks great!

Our carpets turned out amazing and our tech was great! I have no improvements based on the actual carpet cleaning. I was a little underimpressed by the customer service communication. I was given a call 2 days prior and given my 2 hour cleaning window, which was 10a-Noon and promised a phone call 15-30 minutes before tech arrival. The day of the cleaning, our tech arrived unexpectedly at 8:15a. This was about 2 hours before the start of our "window" and we didn't receive a phone call prior to arrival. The tech had us down as 8a-10a and it worked out (after some quick finagling), but there was a lack of correct communciation.
