It worked really well but still was not able to fully get out the cigarette smell in the couch which was the only reason I had this done.

We had whole home carpet and tile cleaning plus tile resealing. I was blown away with the results and equally impressed with the hard work of the technician. The finished job had our 11 year old carpet, tile and grout looking and feeling like new. Amanda arrived on time and didn't rush the job, her attention to detail was refreshing. She hit every nook and corner and the few random stains I was secretly watching were all gone when she was finished. The job was well worth every penny I won't use or recommend anyone else for carpet or tile cleaning.

The high traffic areas are not any better, except for the one spot where the tech showed me that scrubbing made no difference.

You are a carpet cleaning business and I was shocked to see the technician didn't wear some kind of booties over his shoes. Our carpets were wet and he kept walking from outside to inside on the wet carpet causing the dirt on the bottom of his shoes to turn to dirty water which got on our carpets. I understand he was cleaning but come on, I have had people come over to the house to put furniture together and they wore booties to not dirty up our carpets. Because of this I will not use zerorez again. The carpets did seem to be well cleaned with no stiffness, but just felt zerorez would have at least given the appearance they cared more by covering up their dirty shoes.

Every employee that I spoke to was very professional. Our tech, Sean, was great. He arrived when I was told he would and he was very polite and personable. He explained everything and answered all our questions to our satisfaction.He was hardworking and did a great job on the carpets. We are very happy with Zerorez and Sean.
