The carpets dry faster and don't attract the dust as fast. It looks very clean when they finish.

Had to ask to have our Master Bedroom redone. It looked terrible after the first go-around and I was told that all of the dirt had been removed and that there was 'fiber breakdown' and that was the reason that it still looked bad. However miraculously after it was re-done, it looked at least 50% better. Very disappointed....

late for appt, did not do anything that a less expensive company would do - our carpet was soaked with water. I had to tell the tech that billing needed to be adjusted. I could have rented a steam cleaner for less money and done the same or better.

The last three services were all as you advertise, no rez, not this time, my carpets are crunchy and streaked. The young man may not have been trained properproperly.We had a billing problem, which was solved by customer service.

Rug was much cleaner after water extraction, looked lighter and brighter with odor gone, since doggie urine spots were neutralized. Rug texture was soft after drying, not crunchy
as with previous rug shampoo treatments. Company rep Hayden was fast and efficient,and explained the scientific theory behind the cleaning process.

Although you're techs are great your refusal to move furniture causes great stress. Clearing a living area and bedroom of furniture is an arduous task and one that some day I will no longer be able to do and therefore I will, by necessity, go elsewhere.

I believe the service is very expensive. The tech was great. He was very personable and fast and a very nice kid. I think it is ridiculous that it cost $400 for 2 bedrooms, one full rug and the border of another rug. I realize this is what i was quoted on the phone however, seeing the time it took to do this and how simple it was, it made me realize that there is very possibly a lot of less expensive options that would do just as good of a job. I won't be using zerorez again because i feel that it is not a good value
