Tech was on time and seemed to very knowledgeable about cleaning and the technical aspectsofcarpet cleaning. Did not leave until we were sure that we were satisfied. Joshua also went out of his way to measure the house for future tile cleaning and told us what would be involved.
We just hope the cleaning lives up to the rave reviews friends have given Zerorez and stains do not come back within a month..
Since I was a first time appointment, I would say that the services of booking, the courtesy of agent etc was what I appreciated. I had done my research on the actual product /process and was confident that all would be well. And it was.

It's chemical free
Our carpet looks great! However we got our grout cleaned and we didn't really notice a difference. Was expecting to see a big difference with the grout cleaning. Some grout looks good other parts look the same. kind of disappointed.
