No dangerous chemicals. No residue. Best clean ever!
The entire reason I had Zerorez out to my house was to clean my grout. While it is cleaner, its certainly not as clean as it can be. Not looking forward to getting down on my hands and knees to finish cleaning it

The technician Alan Lane was awesome and did a fantastic job on the carpet!!!! It looks amazing and is the best cleaning we've ever had done on carpets!!! The only thing that disappointed us was that the pet treatment didn't help at all in a room where our dog has urinated multiple times, it's almost worse than it was before :-/. But it LOOKS great - just that the smell is bad. Otherwise we are very happy with our cleaning job :-)

Your technician did an amazing job on my tile.
I was not notified before the tech showed up as I was told I would be. I was not sent pictures of the completed work before the tech left as I was promised. And I am not satisfied with the work at all. I have never paid so much for carpet cleaning and this is by far the worst cleaning I have ever received.
The tile floors were left an absolute mess and detail cleaning was evidantally NOT done

Friendly service and clean carpet
I like the fact that your products are clean and simple and do a superior job. My carpeting looks wonderful. Travis did a fabulous job. He was so courteous and efficient. He should be a treasured employee.

First of all Tyler was a very nice kid, I liked him. Based on his recommendation I purchased the carpet protectant. We had some furniture delivered this morning and we noticed a stain in the carpet after the delivery people left that we hadn't noticed before. I couldn't believe it. I have no idea how the stain got there but the so-called carpet protectant did not resist that stain. I think that carpet protectant was a waste of my money.
