Easy to get an appointment for a good quality cleaning every time.
BUT here's what I noticed this time that was different from every past cleaning. Alex was a very nice engaging young man. However, he didn't use corner protectors or the floor fans. Is this the new way or Alex's way? Just asking.

There is no smell afterwards it dries fast . There is defiantly no residue and the service is on time and very nice man cleaned carpet and wore shoe protectors He did not damage anything . And was pleasant and polite . It was a pleasure to have him in my guest house. The price was very reasonable!!
4 years I for years I have had my carpets done and have been very happy with the service this time not so much your technicians you sent out need to work on their customers service skills very rude and unprofessional have any questions ask Teddy extension 507 she did make things right and I was able to get my carpets cleaned it's that I'm still just on the fence as will I call you all back I know at this point I will not refer you to anyone we'll see I may change my mind only time will tell
