Joshua was very informative and helpful, plus answered my ongoing questions. Because he had time, he was willing to spot test a throw rug and clean a stool one kitty loves to lie on. Although young, he was very customer-oriented, professional and personable.

I love after carpet is cleaned they are not crunchy to walk on. Everyone is very friendly and professional
I was supposed to get a $43 credit since the technican didn't show up in the time slot nor called ahead to say they were going to be late.
Called customer service and they said they would give me a credit for the troubles and no credit was applied.
My carpets were very clean and you do a good job. i feel like you are a little too expensive . I will have to think about your pricing before I call you again.

We had you guys clean our couches ,they are now crusty and hard. Same with certain parts of the carpet.
Waste of $480! Won't refer and will probably be spreading the word to friends to go with someone cheaper because you are likely to get the same results
