Carpets and tile were done and looks better than when we moved in 8 mo. ago. Tyler was our technician and he was knowledgable about the product and very personable and professional. We have used ZeroRez for years and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend ZeroRez to anyone who needs to freshen up their flooring.

Fast, knowledgeable technician
I had an appointment window of 4-6 and my zerorez tech did not show up until 7pm, it wasn't the end of the world but pretty inconvenient especially with a 10 month old.
The tech was very professional and courteous. Although I didn't think he would be able to get all the stains out, he did a great job.
Our technician showed up on time and was quick but thorough.
I'm he was very helpful. He was very polite and super nice. He told me about your carpet protection and allowed me some time to think about it while he prepared for the carpet cleaning. And I thought that was very polite of him.

Carpet is actually clean.No residue and the allergies seem to be pretty much gone. Our allergies are much clearer since the carpets were cleaned.

The two gentlemen that were here were so very nice. Friendly, congenial, funny, and thorough. I was baking cookies when they came and they joked they could come back later. So nice. The carpet looks great. Always hear the ads on KFYI. I did ask these men if they were registered to vote. Neither were. The rug was so clean I guess I won't deduct any points. Thank you. You'll have my repeat business for sure.
