First, I like that the chemicals used are "green." I like that the limited odors don't cause undo strain on my respiratory system.
Second, your tech (Anthony) did an amazing job cleaning our carpets and tile. They haven't looked this good since they were new 13 years ago.

I set my appointment up weeks in advance only to have someone call me and try to get me to reschedule. I was treated very poorly by them and given nothing but attitude and an unprofessional mannerism. The gentleman that cleaned my carpets did a fairly good job, however stains were visible right away. Not the type of behavior or workmanship I would expect for the large price tag you guys have. I will not use zerorez ever again, and will warn my friends and family to stay away.

The technician was very informative, courteuos, respectful of the home and worked hard to give the best quality.

Your technician that came out did a great job, not only cleaning the carpets but also in explaining what he was doing, showing me before and after areas and actually getting my carpets CLEAN. It was so refreshing to work with someone so courteous, polite and willing to go the extra mile to see I was happy with everything.

re: clean up ~ The only SMALL negative, Robert failed to clean the water/product splatters from the bathroom door. Otherwise everything was good, and this won't stop me from recommending your company.

For one thing, you charge based on the entire size of the room, not just the area that you clean. My other carpet cleaner only charges for the area they actually clean. Also, the price for cleaning stairs is quite a bit higher than my other carpet cleaner. The Technician did not wear booties.
