The best rug cleaning company we have ever used and friendly employees. They recommended using the Empowered water to clean my house and today I used it to clean the mirrors and stainless steel appliances. Wow!, what a difference. It was easy and they look great. I am also happy to get the chemicals out of my house. I will recommend Zerorez to all my friends.
Yours was the worst carpet cleaning I have ever seen in my life!!!!!! Way too expensive and it only looks like you vacuumed my carpet! I have called for either a refund or carpet cleaned again. Someone is coming Monday! Let's see how it is after that? What an inconvenience to say the least!

The technician was professional and competent. He did a great job cleaning my carpets and it didn't take him long. Was very impressed at how clean he was able to get my carpets. They dried fairly quickly too.
I like that you don't use chemicals that attract dirt. The technician was very knowledgeable about the product and the cleaning process. He was extremely nice and efficient.

Pricing quotes over the phone were more than 1/2 onsite quotes. Quality is no different than the guys who charge 1/2.
They did NOT arrive or call inside the 2 hour window.
Get a better formula to clean dog pee. I paid $40 extra per room and the carpet still smells like dog pee. I see the disclaimer on the invoice says it can't be guaranteed to clean pee but for that amount of money I would think you could develop a better formula.
I had light pet stains that would come clean with conventional carpet cleaning. after about a month they would return. After Zerorez cleaned my carpets and treated the stains. they came back in only a weeks time and are darker than they've ever been. I spent over 250.00 and I'm not very happy!

Techs were curious and customer friendly. Did not try to push cleanings or services that were not needed like other companies sometimes do. They asked what exactly I was expecting after the cleaning and how they could help make that expectation possible. Quick and professional and worked with me to do work in certain rooms due to moving out of the house. Thanks Zerorez!
