your pricing was way over the top for such a small house..

Certainly, getting the pricing right before the tech arrives would help. What was supposed to be a $134.00 job became a $324.00 job upon his arrival.

Dylan arrived within the estimated time. He provided very good service and was very thorough and took the time to explain every step. The process took longer than estimated due to a broken equipment that needed to be replaced. However, I am very satisfied with the results and recommend zerorez without any hesitation. I cannot comment on the products as they were expensive and I did not buy any.

Tile and grout cleaned up like new! Love the results. Paul, the service tech was very efficient and professional.

I'm indifferent. The service was good. It was hard to tell how carpet was going to look till after it completely dried. Once it dried there were definite spots that I anticipated would have cleaned out better -- or at least lightened.

The service tech was great. And the process is much better then traditional carpet cleaning.

The carpets were cleaned but they didn't turn out as expected. Certain stains are still visible and the carpet is crunchy. They were soft prior to the cleaning. The associate hit a frame on the wall which fell and broke. He apologized but offered no options to take care of it or replace it, nor discuss a process that is needed to inform Zerorez of damage. The associate was a nice individual, I just wasn't impressed with the outcome,

We had Zerorez services for most of our tile flooring. Two different tech's and times. First tech didn't do a very good job. Second tech (Robert) was great. The scheduling for the redo stuff was not good. We had some problems getting Robert out.

When I caled to make the appointment, I was given a quote. When it came time to pay, it was almost double. I feel that the tech should have told me about the price increase before he started. I would have decreased the areas being cleaned instead of blowing my budget :(

This is my second personal experience with zerorez. I was absolutely thrilled with our first cleaning two years ago. Last week's cleaning was sub par. Maybe it depends on the technician? Our technician was professional and prompt. And he got the carpets fairly clean. But before he left he set up a big industrial fan in the living room, pointed it directly at the fireplace, and turned it on. As you can imagine, soot from the fireplace blew EVERYWHERE. It was all over the entire living area (all three rooms that were cleaned plus all the hallways). All of that ash sitting on wet carpet. It was awful. My house was completely clean when he arrived, and when he left I had wet floors covered in soot. I was disappointed in what was truly a rookie mistake. A mistake I had to clean up the next day once the carpets had dried. I vacuumed couches, shelves, and everything else that had gotten in the way of the fan. The carpets looked decent once they were dry (and revaccumed), but they have a crunchy (and in some areas, "sticky") feeling to them. This time with zero Rez was nowhere near the level of performance the first time around. I don't know that I'll be using your company in the future.

Everyone I spoke to was friendly, the technician (Kevin) arrived in the window, worked in a timely manner, and he really did get the dog pee spots up! I can't see them with the black light anymore! I never thought that could actually happen. I am thrilled with this last service I had!
