Very Professional. The carpet looked like new after they were done!
The service was good and the tech was friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, and did not waste time. My service was on a Saturday and once the staff returned on Tuesday and they all noticed that the carpets had been cleaned and looked great but because the office did not smell like detergent or perfumier where not sure if they had been done or not, which is a good thing. So everyone was pleasantly pleased.

The attendant was on time, professional and provided excellent service. My wife has severe allergies and the products used to clean our carpets were hypoallergenic resulting in no contraindications. Our carpeting looked great and we are very satisfied with the results

After my tech left I noticed I had dust balls all over my dresser, I just had my house cleaned the day before so it had to be from something he did. I also have 6 spots on my floor that I didn’t notice until after he left. I have ordered a spot remover and I’ll take care of it myself.

I was disappointed in my sofa cleaning. It looks awful! There are spots all over from the spray that are clean. I was out of town during the cleaning to know how it turned out. The cleaning was on 10/3/24.
