I was very happy with my recent experience with Zerorez. Scheduling was easy, the technician called ahead to confirm, came on time and was polite and professional in my home. I am very pleased with the job he did and the time it took. I will certainly use Zerorez again. And I would be delighted to have the same technician at a future appointment.

I was disappointed that it did not clean the carpet as well as I would have liked. Still dark areas in the high traffic locations. Also some spots left that I spot cleaned with the spot cleaner that I usually use which did the job.
