The Technician Ryan was very professional. He was very thorough and wanted to make sure we were pleased with the final result. The carpets looked great as well as the tile. Ryan made my floors look new! I also use Zerorez at my home in Oregon. I have never been disappointed in the quality of work or professionalism. I highly recommend Zerorez and request Ryan as your technician.
Had to reschedule due to not meeting the time frame given, had issues on rescheduled day due to them having the wrong phone number by 1 digit. Everyone was respectful, professional, and the work came out great, but it was still an inconvenience

I appreciate that you don't use chemicals or fragrances. My carpets look and feel clean after your services. Your techs work hard to remove stains in problem areas.
Well, my original window was 12 p.m.-3 p.m. I got a call from the technician at approximately 1:57 p.m. He stated the previous job was longer than anticipated. He said I can still come, or you can reschedule. I said, my window is from 12-3. He replied, oh it shows 12-2 on my side. I told him yes he can come. He says ok, see you about 30 minutes. Then maybe 5-10 minutes later that same technician sent me a text saying that I had been assigned to another tech. So that technician should call me soon. Finally, I get a call from the new technician, around 3:05 p.m. after my window has closed. He says he’s assigned to the job now, and he can be here in about 30 minutes. I tell him ok , that’s fine. He arrives at 3:39 p.m. to clean our carpet. He did a good job cleaning. So no complaints regarding the technician and the job he did. However, this was our first time ever using Zerorez, and this experience was not a great one. Such disorganization and unprofessionalism with the appointment/window I was given. I never got a call from the scheduler about the updates or changes. Only the two technicians involved, called. I sat around for the whole window as planned only to not have them come in that time. Once it was after 3 p.m. and no one else had called since the first technician, I was figuring there wouldn’t be a cleaning on Friday, August 28th. As I was getting ready to call and ask if someone was coming, that’s when the second technician called saying they had reassigned our cleaning to him. Again. When he called my window was closed. It was 12-3. This really was not a great experience, and I don’t know if I will use your service again. I was given a 10% discount for the inconvenience, but still it doesn’t change the confusion and disorganization.

Technician was very professional and thorough. Was honest about our options and helped us find a treatment plan that was right for us. Carpets look amazing!
The Service Staff is pleasant to work with. Using regular carpet care helps to extend life of the carpet.
