I've been a Zerorez customer for years because they do such a great job and have such great people! This time, Skylar (sp?) cleaned carpets in our living/dining rooms, master bedroom and master bath. Our carpets are a pale beige and 26 years old, but you'd never guess it by how clean and soft they are! I really love Zerorez and I love the company name - it's a palindrome!!
Like the type of cleaning agents used. No residual, no crusty feeling. Cleaner was on time and did his job.

The tech was very personable, and apparently a very good technician. My main concern was removing cat urine in one spot that possibly was soaking down into the pad. I thought he did a marvelous job remediating that.
And after treating the rest of the carpet area the results looked fantastic. Numerous other cat throwup stains on the carpet looked removed. I was so pleased, while the carpet was still wet from treatment. I honestly thought the carpet never looked so good since it was installed about 21 yrs ago.
But, alas, once the carpet was thoroughly dried, there are all the spots again. Some of the spots still smell like cat barf.
So you see? Mixed review. I Love the work, and on the other hand, I'm not happy with it. And, I'm not up for moving the livingroom furniture again to re-treat it.
What I AM delighted about is your man appears to have solved the cat urine spot issue, and that was my primary concern in calling ZR. So I'll take the wiln.

Primarily, Zerorez does not require to dump waste water on the property. That is awesome!
In addition, Zerorez does not need access to the house outdoor water hose (which is no problem, it is just awesome Zerorez is "self-contained" AND the carpets look great!!!!

While the carpet technician was very professional and friendly, I was disappointed with my carpet’s high traffic areas. After allowing the carpets to dry for over 24 hours, I used my Hoover carpet cleaner and pulled a lot of additional dirt out of those areas myself.
